I really like how you've done the folding with the "jumping" balloons. It may have a "simple" paper bag appearance, but you've definitely added some great interest with that cutting and folding.

This card turned out beautifully. How funny that you used a "paper bag" color card base for you SIL's card, very cute. I love the design and fold and the way the colors of the polka dots match the balloons. Well done!
