A companion page to one I did earlier about making a brick oven. The journaling reads: Adaly made cookies while her grandmother looked on. The cookies were filled with papaya and sold at a local market. The ovens are built for exactly that purpose, to create supplemental income. Over half the people are under 30, so this elderly woman is relatively unusual.
