I created this LO by scraplifting Photoshopsusieq's LO Full of Love for the April Digi only challenge. I did try an adjusted technique on the photo but since it was already color adjusted it is hard to tell. I have only been digi scrapping for a few weeks so I hope to get it down better next time. TFL
