Homecoming in our town. Trent walked in the parade before the game with Youth Football. Both Trent and Addy are wearing Trent's football jerseys.
Journaling is: The Elks High School Football team hadn't won a homecoming game since 2003, but this year we ran, ran, and ran some more (421 total yds) to stay unbeaten/ The dramatic game-winning TD was a 27 yd pass from QB Corey Collins to TE Jordan Meyer on a 4th and 5 with 2 minutes left in the game -breaking the 34-34 tie. Overall, the Elks had 5 TD's, a safety, and 5-2pt. conversions. It was a thrilling game and we were happy to be a part of it!
