This is for Cindy Lee's Book of Me Challenge. This is page one of a two page spread.
This is my first real attempt at an antique look. I scanned all my photos and turned them sepia toned.
There are 2 journaling spots. The tag in the envelope says:

As I was growing up, life was pretty good and, as I liked pretty much everything in childhood, I did have some favorite things:
My cousin, Archie, was my best friend. I loved Teddy Bears and still have some (as well as this cute little ceramic lavendar packaderm) from my babyhood. Some would say that I am a packrat! I loved sitting in my Grandmother's lap reading and singing - and still have my childhood rocking chair (which my own 2 boys used as a barber chair, but that is a different story). I loved making ceramics with my Grandmother and still have a ceramic doll in a boall gown. I loved the freedom a bike gave me. I loved cereal and still can't live without a bowl in the mornings. Nothing could beat a trip to the petting zoo or to the fair with my parents. The rides and cotton candy were tops. I also loved school and still enjoy learning new things. Of course, as every girl knows - my constant favorite in life is chocolate!
