This is one that will definitely 'get fit' right into that scrap area!
To begin with, I am definitely not a health freak, nor am I into athletic activities, but I do take an interest to & enjoy weight training.
I started exercising (walking again) last week.
Lately, I've been reading about eating right & the risk of any health issues that come with any 'tender' age, and this has inspired me to get motivated once again.
This has also encouraged me to start writing in a daily journal. I usually write in it after my walk while 'cooling down'.
My daily journaling targets 3 things I dislike, and 3 things I do like at that particular moment.

The 3 things I hate today:
I hate my new haircut! (12 years I've always had long hair!)
I hate my weight!
(what goes up, must come down, right?)
I hate my stomach!
(give me 'flat' pancakes because I hate these 'buttered' rolls)
The 3 things I do like today:
a breathe of clean fresh air
the extra energy I feel after walking

I also went out and bought me a pedometer and walkman (can't afford an I-POD) LOL for those days intended to use my 'last breath'! LOL
