We got a hammock when our kids were small, at the insistence of my oldest son (when he saw one at a jumble sale after months of asking) - for just a few cents! It was an ex-services hammock and has stayed strong for over 25 years now! The splicing of the ropes is a work of art. We have had 5 or 6 kids in it at a time, swinging away, but this was a moment where my youngest had it all to himself - very happy memories of a wonderful garden for our kids!
Celebrating 'Lazy Day' (August 10th) as this is so evidently a lazy moment! I used a pre-made tag for the title to make it extra easy!
