Love this picture of my friend's daughter having a fit of the giggles because the tortoise she is holding is tickling her legs - its so adorable, I couldn't resist scrapping it!
Challenge was to use washi tape - which I don't like much! It stops being sticky or doesn't peel off the roll - aargh! But I used a glue dot under every bit of unsticky washi, and that seemed to work!
