For Cooper's 8 month photo. The design is a lift from a layout found on a Yahoo search page that didn't give credit to the designer. I used papers from the About a Little Boy collection and my "scraps" stash. The otter was fussy cut and pop dotted for dimension. The title was cut 4 times and layered. The alphabet Washi tape is some I have had for ages. Several edges are machine stitched. The photo will go on the striped mat.
