This picture was taken in 2004, the year I taught my daughter how to ride a bike. I was in the house packing because we were moving to a new home, when suddenly she came flying through the door crying and sniffling. "Mom!! I fell off my bike and...and I'm bleeding!!" I had my camera sitting on the counter and I just couldn't resist. I grabbed it and took the picture just as she was showing me her knee. It had a little scrape on it with just a tiny bit of blood. She sure was upset about it. I cleaned it up for her and kissed her and sent her back outside. Of course she got back on the bike. Good girl. She never gives up. If you look real close you can tell by the look on her face she is upset.
