I made this 14 inch Birthday cake for my brother's 50th Birthday....2 of my nephews turned 27 the same week, so we had a triple celebration! This cake is red velvet (My family's favorite) with traditional red velvet frosting made with evaporated mild, granulated sugar Crisco, vanilla, and real butter. recipes are in my gallery.
