Give a Cheer
This is a LO about the Holi Festival held at my daughter's university each Spring. Holi is an celebration of Spring which occurs in India. Participants throw colored powder into the air and on each other.
I entered this page in the #142 Case File Challenge at CSI. One of the req of the challenge was to use a plain white background! I used;
