Did this for MMM last summer and ultimately for my AMM book. The theme for the layout was "beliefs" so my take was on how my beliefs and value system have shaped who I am.
I added the journaling directly to the photo in Photoshop Elements so that it printed on my pic. It reads:
beliefs. I am the sum of my life’s experience – beginning with values I was taught by my parents and added to every year by all that I have learned and done. My beliefs have been developed and refined through the years and they guide my daily choices and chart my life course.
