This is so pretty! I had to read that in 9th Gr English. I hear the real place is quiet and peaceful. HDT loved it, I know, for that reason. Gosh those trees sure are pretty. I would love to see more of the lake if you have them. I love your choices of colors and pp's.
This is just amazing, the lo and the photo. Isn't the world a beautiful place, the colours are magnificent and you've copied them perfectly for the lo, this is really special. TFS, XOX Lucy.
WOW!!!!! Thats absolutely gorgeous photo! Fall can be so beautiful sometimes, this is most diffinetly one of them. i LOVE that paper, the color blue matches the blue of the water!.. VERY NICE
Just beautiful......and there really is something to "being there" where great minds have been before you!!!! You scrapped this beautifully...I really love it!!!
What a stunning array of color. I love the color and shapes of the background pp. Such a gorgeous picture too. The way you scrapped it does it so much justice. Fav!!
OUTSTANDING photograph!! Wow...what a treat to stand there and watch the sunset. The complimentary color combo of blue and orange just POPS!!!! Fabulous pattern mix on the pp strips too. Very nice penmanship, I might add. Love the texture the metal brads and velvet ribbon give this page. This is one of my FAV pages you have ever made. xxx
Wow!!! What a beautiful way to catch Waldon Pond. We lived right outside of here in Bedford Mass. And I think there is no other place like New England in the fall. I just wish I had taken pictures of Waldon Pond in the fall. We did meat the actor that sits in his house for the visitors And got pictures of him all dressed up like back then. Very interesting.
OH! OH! OH! OH! OH!~ This is absolutely stunning! gorgeous in everyway possible! I wish I was there right now! I adore the Fall...and this photo captures it spectacularly! the colors and design you used here highlight that photo perfectly! absolute perfection
!!!
wow! this is just stunning...that is the most incredibley beautiful photo and then all the colours in your layout echo it so beautifully.what a beautiful looking place... wish I could be there. love how you have showcased it!
This caught my eye because on a trip there we WALKED to the pond from the town!!! Then walked around the pond! After reading Thoreau didn't seem right to drive a car there! LOL!! Lovely design and great picture too! jen
Beautiful just doesn't seem like an appropriate enough word to describe the photo and your lo. thanks so much for sharing such an awesome place with us.
This was a fun LO to do. I inked the geometric shaped pieces, added those beautiful Prima flowers and the Mya Road ribbon.
One of our FAVORITE moments on our trip had to be Walden Pond, of Henry David Thoreau fame. The trees were backlit, just before sunset, and that made the reddish leaves explode with light! When we returned, I did a search for some of Thoreau's work, and I know that I appreciate it much more now, than I did when I studied it in high school!!! Gee, LIFE EXPERIENCE makes a HUGE difference.
