First of all, that pic of your children is WONDERFUL! Honestly, I really really love it! Just look at your daughter's face! And I'm so impressed that they are dressed up formally! I'm lucky to get a collared shirt on my ds!!! Just love how you made that punched lace border around your circle....that would take too many naps for me!! lol! The pps and flowers are adorable. A very sweet page, Patty!
another fantastic layout! absolutely love the look of the lace you layered in pieces around the circle....will file that away to use at a later date! love the bright springtime papers! and your flowers and bling here add the perfect touch!!!
The photo is precious and so cute!!! I really love the pps and the punching with the lace and cutting them in 3/4"!!! Whew is right but the result is spectacular!!! I love the gorgeous colors you have been using lately....so spring! Lovely as always!! Ginger
This is absolutely beautiful! I love your colors, flowers, and all of your awesome details! What a cute photo of your children when they were little! I love it!!!!!
Amazing! Caught my eye right away!! Super colors, adorable pic! Patty - you are a genius... such a simple way to use a great border punch for a circle, and somehow it didn't cross my mind!!!! You just give me great ideas all the time!!!
Such wonderful colors, love the strip across the page, it really pops! I love that lace behind the circle! It looks awesome. This is a fantastic layout, love it, and in my favs!
Miss Liz and Mr Lee look so sweet dressed up in 'Sunday Best'!! I see those lupines in the bg...what a lovely sign of Spring~ Your patience sure paid off with a wonderful lacy border around the circle...way to go! You chose such cute Easter prints in the tulips and bunnies. The glitz and flowers draw the eye across the page diagonally...clever! xxx
Did some border punching, pp tearing, inking, and sewing on this one. The lace border around the circle was punched in four or five strips, then inked around the edges and cut apart at 3/4" intervals and glued behind the circle....WHEW!!! It was FUN but took a while. Printed out the title on the computer, added the flowers and the bling from my stash. Sorry that I can't remember who the manufacturer is. I've had it for several years.
The photograph is of my DS Lee and DD Liz when they were little......around 1992, I think. It was Easter Sunday, and after church and lunch we went for a drive to Joe Pool Lake in the DFW area of north Texas to see the bluebonnets (AKA: lupines).
