ooooooo, Patty! From cowgirl to princess! GORGEOUS page!!! Your dd looks stunning....worth every penny you spent on that dress (LOVE the color too!) ha ha had to laugh about your photo shoot comment. Do you mean I'm going to be bribing my kids when they're older just so I can scrapbook??? I thought it was just a phase. sigh. LOVE how you altered the chandelier with stickles and created that background....very cool! The florals with the metal embellies and brads are FABULOUS, and the contrast of that black diecut pp gives it that WOW factor. Into FAVES for sure!!!
What a gorgeous layout! I love the punched borders (both of them!) and the color scheme!Your daughter is beautiful and you've created a layout worthy of her!
I just love all the photos of Ms. Liz! Her spunky, fun loving attitude comes across immediately! It is a joy to look at your pages...I spot your eye for detail. Cool shadowing technique with the chandelier, I spy pretty embossing, the big black die cut is elegant, love the border punching, the folded flower is a creative touch too. ANother beauty! xx
Absolutely gorgeous!!!! The way you did the black chandelier with the blue is wonderful. All the punch work and flowers sets off those beautiful photos. Love it all.....
Wow Miss Patty!!! This LO is absolutely gorgeous!!! I love the pps and the blue flowers! It alll comes together perfectly and Liz is a pretty young lady! I love this!!!!
I love how you positioned the two photos - one straight and one slanted. It's so funny how on both of our latest LOs we used a black chandelier and that black doily paper! GREAT minds think alike, don't you think Patty! hehe I don't use this shade of blue much, so it's great to see how beautiful it can look!!! Of course I love how it matches the dress perfectly. Your daughter looks like lots of fun with a sweet personality, just like mom!!! :)
Border Punched and added lots of fun embellies to create this LO. The blue shadow behind the chandelier was made from the cut-away part of the paper that came from around the cutout. I just used the throw away part to create as mask and inked inside the mask.
My DD, Liz, was waiting for her date to pick her up to go to a dance. Here's how you get a photo shoot with a 25 year old: Buy the dress.....LOL
