Red tinsel wreath was $.60, bows and ribbon together were $.50, silver string of beads were $.20 all from Walmart in the Christmas clearance. I used my cricut to cut out the hearts and put them on chipboard. I think it total I spent $4 on this wreath only because I bought some little Valentine's day picks at Michaels to put in with the bows.
