Homecoming

Lots of journalling. Left page: "After three days in the hospital, Evan and I were released and we got to bring him home. Evan's coming home outfit was of special significance - it was the same outfit Jeff wore home after his adoption. Unfortunately it was a little big on Evan, since Jeff was already several months old at the time of his adoption! But it had such a special meaning that we made it work. And Evan looked super-cute!" Right page: "Once we arrived home, we changed Evan into the yellow onesie that my good friend Alie had bought for him. Unfortunately, it was sized newborn (up to 7 pounds), and it was a little small on my darling 9 pound baby boy! The long sleeves looked like three-quarter length sleeves! So in the course of one day, you wore two special outfits, neither one fitting you properly! But Evan, you were adorable regardless."
