My youngest at his brother's birthday party. He got splashed by his brother and was not happy. He doesn't get mad too often but, being splashed it one of his hot buttons. He came over to the side to pout about it.
I used a technique Tuesday tile for the wave border and inked, edged it in Copic marker and then stamped the patterns on it. To give a little sparkle I added some stickles to the edge. I also stamped the letters and the background page for some depth.
