I am not entirely in love with how this lo turned out, but I do love the little flip book. The scan is wonky because it was so bulky. The photo that says excursion is acutally the top photo in a flip book. I cut a slit in my sheet protector, and it sits on top of that so that you can easily flip through the pics. Got the idea from a friend of mine...

I used:
ki memories pp (stripe)
bazzill cardstock
marcella by Kay pp (yellow)
kaleidoscope pp (orange dots)
american crafts pp (word "zoo" cut from a vellum word dots sheet.
joann's scrap essentials alpha brads
ribbon
scrapworks waxy flax and studs
making memories date stamp and rub on
misc. flowers
lasting impressions brads
staples
rub ons from staples (at the)
JOurnaling is on the last pic of the flip book and reads:
We decided to attend Boo at the Zoo just before Halloween this year. Brandon, Heather, and Jaxon came up from Provo. Jaxon was a little lion, and Seth was a zebra, so Hannah decided not to wear her Annie costume to the zoo and instead squeezed into her giraffe costume from the year before. From the parking lot to the giraffe exhibit, Hannah kept a constant refrain of “I’m coming, giraffes...I look just like you!” The kids collected a lot of candy, looked adorable for pictures with their respective animals, and were exhausted by the time we left. We only wish we could go back to Boo at the Zoo next year.
