I love the journaling! Our youngest dtr, (now 22 yrs) started playing soccer at the age of 5. I've accumulated enough photos from back then and into college to make an album of her soccer "career".... I just love your page...it brought back great memories~

Soccer: Week One

Journaling reads: When we signed you up for soccer, we had a few goals in mind. We wanted you to have a hobby that included exercise. And we wanted you to learn about sportsmanship and giving your best effort. Coincidentally, though, on week one, your best effort looked a little bit like this. Sigh. It was a unique defensive strategy, however. The other team didn't quite know what to do with the girl laying in front of their goal. I suppose we still have three months to get you off your belly and on your feet. It could be a VERY long season. 2007
