I used:
provo craft pp
bandana and pocket (cockadoole designs)
textured trios and offray ribbon
black mini brad from joanns
I dry embossed the flower using a template I got at onecraftymama.com, then I scuffed the raised part to show the white for the aged look. I hand cut the tag and stamped the little dotted flower design using a flower bead. I was going for more of a flower shape, but decided that I really like the dots look...tfl
