Toby was a rather surprised subject for this portrait. I used my typical HP digital camera. I then loaded the image onto my computer. I used Microsoft Picture It to crop the image, soften the edges, and add a little cut out of a Dog Buscuit. I then freehand painted the brown color over my selected blue cut out with the freehand paint tool. I added the text in Bedbug font. I used a simple design to not take away from the picture.
