Photos from Cassie's Confirmation on April 29, 2011. Her 8th grade teacher was her sponsor. She chose St. Bernadette as her confirmation name.
Besides the names, date, and church, the journaling says: Cassie was so happy when Mrs. Fuller said yes to being her confirmation sponsor. She really loved the one-on-one time they had together at the rehearsal, dinner, and Mass.
This is my example for my May Four Categories Challenge - Category Four ~ Theme: Celebrations. The twist is to include at least one sentence of visible journaling besides the who, when, where.
I used Sketch 4 from April Page Maps, etc. that I didn't get to last month. It is from BoBunny.
The program is held in with magnetic snaps so that it can be removed for reading - the names of all the confirmation candidates are listed on the back. The photo with the Bishop is only adhered to the base paper on the left side (with foam tape), and the strip is only attached to the back of the photo and to the base paper on the right so that the program can slide in and out behind it.
