Give a Cheer
Photos of my dd on her 13th birthday opening the gifts I got her - April 16, 2010. The journaling lists them.
This is my example for my April Four Categories Challenge - Category Two ~ Color: Aqua, Pink, and Lime Green. For the chipboard twist, I covered three bare chippie hexagons with pp. They are in the column on the left.
This is for the April Music Challenge - Artist. My title, Teenager, was the name of an Australian punk rock, dance band in the mid-2000's. I stamped the journaling block and the date for the twist.
I used a March 2014 PageMap. I used my machine to do a wavy column of stitching over the paper embellies on the left, and then attached the chippies on top of the stitching. I also stitched some scribbly style circles around the title, straight stitches on the two strips in the bottom right, and zigzag stitches under the photos. For the date, I stamped several times in a shade of green similar to the pp and then once more in brown. I received the bare chippie hexagons from my friend, Eileen (ncyankee), and the washi from my friend, Mindy (mindyradio). Thank you! :)
