i had an anniversary clock - wonder what happened to it. Gorgeous lo. Love the stamping and the different clock faces. your close up photo's are awesome.
so enjoyed looking at all the different clocks--in the pictures and the embellies; also really like the design with the tag and the techniques--wonderful lo!
These are photos I took for Photo of the Day back in March 2010. They are of an anniversary clock that was a gift from my cousin. One of our mini challenges that month was 'Wind Up' which is why I thought of taking these shots.
This is my example for my September Four Categories Challenge - Category One ~ Product: Ink Pads. I used Fired Brick and Walnut Stain ink. The twist is to use 2 or more different techniques - I did direct-to-paper edging and stamping, and I also used a blending tool to apply ink to the embossed cs to bring out the pattern.
This is for the September Music Challenge - Artist. Clocks was an indie pop band in England in the 2000's. The twist is 'metallic' - I have 3 metal clocks (the antiqued brass and the two white ones) and 8 metal brads.
Also for a VLB challenge to use an embossing folder. The red cs is embossed with a clock pattern.
I used an old Pencil Lines sketch as a starting point.
