Made from cardstock from the Paper Mill Store. The wave was embossed with my Cuttlebug, and the little "dots" beneath the scallops were done using my Crop-A-Dile, I simply slipped the cardstock into it and squeezed gently, creating an embossed dot. Sorry so hard to see from the scan. I have close ups posted on my blog.
