Isabella's first time at the Youth Fair. She enjoyed every minute of it. I used Bazzil light mint green paper for part of the background. Pictures were matted either once or twice depending on their size to make them all the same size. Ferris wheel concept was accomplished by placing each picture on a rectangular shape paper to simulate the seats on a ferris wheel. Buttons in different sizes and colors were used to make the title. White fibers were used to make the structure of the ferris wheel.
