This is fantastic! Love the colors and the doodling! It's so great that you got a photo from the reunion! I went to my 10 th and lost my camera that night... bummer... I guess I had a little too much fun!! LOL! What a great memory!
This is awesome! I have lots of the kids class pictures and have yet to do anything with them. This is great inspiration! I love the doodles and the eyelets, very cool design!
Lynda, I think this page is just FANTASTIC!! I am saving this to my favs.I love the red and white on the black what a way to make everything pop. Great photo too. I read yuor journaling and I am with you. I never seem to buy anything for myself when out shopping. Now if h(DH) turned my loose in a scrapbook store that would be a whole other story. I could rack up some charges...LOL....I loved Caddyshack back then too...and watched all the Saturday Night Live...Life was good then but better now (most of the time)..LOL Love your page.

This is absolutely stunning Lynda. Beautiful job. I love those two bits of patterned paper, and the placement of the semi circles, and that black is the background. The big flower is beautiful on this also, and love the buttons and eyelets. Great job!
I just was attended my 25 year reunion the end of July. This was the photo sent to me of the few who showed up. tfl Journaling: WOW, it is hard for me to believe it has been 25 years since graduation. I missed the last reunion because by boys were in the hospital. But I did not want to miss this one. It was a hard decision to go. It was a 3.5 hour drive there and back and we did not want to spend the $150 for a hotel room. Plus after Tom had been through four back surgeries, it was a scary thing to be in a car that long. Even though I would have gone by myself it just would not have been the same without Tom with me. We had a good drive, the weather was nice and we had lot's of time to talk, that was the best part. We got into town about 40 min early so we went to Wal Mart and bought a swim suit for Elayna and some cool truck shoes for the boys. Tom bought a new shirt and belt and I got nothing for myself. I do that a lot. When we got to the Scottish Rite Center we were greeted by the class president, Laurie Crance Bloom. It was great to see her smiling face. Slowly people started to filter in that I recognized. Some names came easily others did not. It was great to see some of the friends I had missed. I recognized Roxanne Anderson Bone immediately, although I got Kelly Howell's name wrong. We stayed together most of the night and talked about getting together in March down in Tennessee. Sounded like lots of fun. They had set up a "remember when" table that had all four yearbooks from the years we attended school. They had a copy of the Seniors Last Will and Testament. It was funny to read the things that I wrote, a lot of them made no sense, like my favorite person I said "he knows who he is" what is up with that. Twenty five years later I sure would love to know who I meant. I said my favorite group was Billy Joel, still love him and my favorite TV show was Saturday night live, still a funny show. My favorite movie was Cadyshack, I was a silly girl. Oh well it was fun to have a glimpse back and I hope to return again at the thirty year.
