I love how you journaled around a circle. It fits the theme perfectly. That's a cute picture and the journaling does a great job of preserving a memory
This is one I did for Becky's Keep it simple challenge. Very simple! Journaling reads: It was the Summer Solstice. The weathermen talked about it for days. The full moon was hanging low in the sky & would look unusually large. A must see. You have always loved the moon - you notice the "circle moon", the "half moon" and the "fingernail moon". You are very excited when the moon is still up in the morning - and then you scold it for not going to bed (after all, the sun is awake!) So, on the big night, you were so excited to see this special moon. We went outside when we were told it would be at its best. We looked in the sky, but saw no moon. We even ventured around the corner (even though mommy was in her "comfy clothes"), but still no moon. I tried to explain that maybe the houses were in the way, but you weren't satisfied with my explanation. You kept asking over & over why the moon wasn't up? You went to bed disappointed. The next morning, you had it figured out & you knew whose fault it was. You asked, "I wonder why God didn't put the moon up last night? I think he forgot!"
