A very simple LO of my ds at a book fair last Sept.
Journaling:
Although you aren't old enough to really read, it doesn't stop you from enjoying a good book. You love books. You love for people to read to you. And after a book has been read a couple of times, you are ready to take on the task yourself, "reading" the book to me. This book was brand new, but you needed no help from me before you started reading it. We were enjoyin a late summer day at the Book Fair at Hyland Park. We'd listened to a story from Rick Kupchella, sung songs with Barney & gotten a book autographed by Nancy Carlson. We bought this Disney Storybook at the Fair that included Toy Story. You *love* Buzz, Woody & the gang. So, as I sat finishing my lunch, you opened the book and began to "read" the story, turning the pages as you went along. You were so full of expression. We've read the book many times since then, but never have I enjoyed the story as much as I did that day. I look forward to the day you learn to read. But, I'm glad I don't have to wait until that day to enjoy a good book, read to me by you! Spetember 2005

Products (not many LOL!):
Bazzill
Scenic Route Chipboard Letters (lightly sanded)
MM ribbon
That's it! (BTW - the photo corners were printed on the pic - just made the shape, filled white & used a transparency of 50% - done in CorelDraw)

TFL!
