Circa: 1984 Rachael @ 2 1/2 yrs. I remember that I loved this little dress and that she was wearing little white sandals. Always loved the little white sandals on little children!! I went to a crop where they had a retired coluzzle template so that I could get the pic cut out. This was the oddest size photo. I don't believe that I was able to ever hang it up much less put it in a frame. I was deliriously happy!!! This is definitely out of chronological order but think I got stuck in a purple haze. I couldn't hold out any longer and finished a four page spread just this weekend.
This four pager is my first real experience w/raw chipboard and so incredibly pleased w/the way that it turned out. I painted the flower, embossed it and then added the glitter to it. The glitter "sprinkled" down on the photo and added a unique look to the dress. This is so, so much prettier IRL. The scan didn't do much for the glitter affect of the bookplate or the flower. This montage is by far my favorite to date because of the pics and the techniques that I used!!! I can stare at this all day long and it transports me to when the girls were little!!! If I could only turn back time...
