What I especially like about this is the sequence of photos, story, and the sweet fact of how you keep Chester 'here' for her, because at that age, out of sight is out of mind. (peek a boo age!) This is an everyday event that gives the viewer a peek into her behavior and expression at this darling age. I like the bouquet of hearts and how you wrote LOVE. xxxxx
Cute cute cute. I love to read stories about the pics in the LOs. Makes us seem to know the ppl better. Too sweet to give her a V-day card from Fuzzy. I can tell she enjoyed it.
Now that's the stuff that melts your heart right there! That is such a sweet story! My parents send Malachi a Valentine every year and this year it was a card in the shape of a bear. Malachi loved it! He hugged it and kissed it and then said, "I want to sleep with it!" And, yes, the little bear slept on the pillow next to Malachi! That's such a blessing that you were able to go see Cupcake! I think she is getting cuter and cuter (if that's possible!) as she grows up! I am loving the pics in the middle, the journaling on the side, and the pile (and I do mean "pile"!) of hearts on the other side!
I love the pic in the bottom right hand corner. This is adorable and so colorful. Cupcake is really growing. I hope you had a great time with them. But we missed you.
Love this 2 page LO, Maureen! Your journaling tells a wonderful story for your family and Miss Cupcake, herself, to enjoy forever. Your design is wonderful, and I love how you have used so many pics to remember the JOY experienced that day! ....FAVE....Patty
Got to visit kids and Cupcake in Indiana over Valentine's Day. We were on our way to the Indianapolis Zoo and I gave Kayden the Valentine's Day card from her fuzzy brother, Chester, back in Oregon!
She loved holding the card...she kissed it and shared the greetings with Ducky...seems that Ducky reads better when things are upside down :-)
Then we had BIG SMILES and happy clapping cuz we loved the card and we love Chester..."YEAH"!!!!
She was going "woof, woof, woof" and saying Chester's name...came out sounding like "Egter" What a joy-filled, happy girl!
Thanks for peeking, my friends
