Oh, I loved reading your cute journaling! You both look awesome; what fun! You reminded me of the year that I took 4 hours also to paint Michael's face - he was Darth Maul. And, I had to paint his face 3 times: once for school, once for his Boy Scout party and once for trick-or-treating! I miss those times...
