My older dd in 1999.
This is for the Scrap the Beach Challenge Week 4 - at least 75% blue and brown, and use paint on the lo for the twist.
I tried to re-create the background of the pic on the lo, except I cut waves in at the top of the ocean. and used pop up dots under them for a 3D effect. I used white pearl acrylic paint to look like the white where the water meets the sand, and brown acrylic paint for the footsteps.
