Our wedding sign. It stood outside the church at the ceremony, and then was brought to the reception to welcome guests there, too!

Journalling reads, "My beautiful welcome sign. On Friday morning, the day before our wedding, we all went out to the workshop to make our welcome sign. It was a joint effort between five people! Lou and I put the sign together, while Gord kindly cut the wood and made holes for us. Kyle and Reggie lent us moral support- which is a huge job, don’t get me wrong!
I had found an idea for this in a book that I signed out of the library in Arcola. Bless Shauna’s heart for even suggesting it.
The books were a huge help. I also found an idea for a place card tree, which was incorporated into our wedding, as well. But, that is another LO! I am so glad the photographer got a picture of our welcome sign! Now its preserved forever- first in a picture and next in an LO!
