This is similiar to a page I did earlier in the year for my ds album. This one is a Xmas gift for his Nana, so the colors match those of her decor (going in a 12x12 frame).

The journaling is hidden in the pocket and reads:
A couple of weeks after Papa passed, we decided it would be good for you and Mace to spend some time together, so we began coming over every Thursday. These Thursdays Mace has spent with you are priceless. Not only have you gotten great comfort from being with Mace, but he's also learning about his heritage from you.
You are Mace's only remaining Great Grandparent, and we are so pleased that the two of you are developing this special relationship.
Youre Thursdays together are a true celebration of life.
