I finally got to scrap the first page in the baby's book. Since his middle name will be based on a literary character (Horatio Hornblower), I decided to go with a literary theme for his baby album (meaning all titles will have some link to literature).

I wanted the colors in this lo to be muted, and I used the book print transperancy to play on the literature theme.

The journaling reads:
Who am I? You will undoubtedly ask yourself this questions numerous times in your life. I cannot tell you what answers you will find then, but I can tell you this right now: You are a miracle growing inside of me. You are the sibling I wished for your brother. You are strong and unique, even so early in the game. You are a little baby boy made out of love. You are the completion of our family. You are beautiful. You are YOU!

BTY: the oval around the word boy is actually a clear, raised oval with a black outline, but doesn't show up that way in the scan.

Okay, I made a couple of slight changes: I distressed the heart, so it wasn't such a bright red, and I added a single red photo corner for balance :)
