I cut these flourishes in three sizes for 17 total skirts, needless to say we cut quite a few. I used my Silhouette digital cutter by Quickutz and their shape. We use iron on backing on the fabric but I also tried cutting it without the backing and it did work. You need to use a really sticky (new) mat. Make sure it is on there and let it go. Cut your fabric 8.5X11.
