I want to thank Nichol for inviting me to play along with this month's stamping challenge. I have gotten away from stamping lately, and this was a great reminder of how much fun stamps are to create with. I used a scalloped edged border stamp to create a frame for my photo. I heat embossed it in yellow, on white cardstock, and then cut each piece out by hand. I trimmed them as needed and arranged them around my photo. I used a fun circle border stamp, with brown embossing powder and hand cut, to create a small strip to go above my banners. The banner's are not a border stamp. But I think by arranging them all lined up, in a row, it gives the illusion of them being a border as well.
