Two ATC's created for a swap.

The "Something" ATC has a faux tile technique that I tried for the first time.
I usually use ATC's to try new things on.
I used craft paper, Versa Marked a Ditto background stamp, then inked the card edges.
After making the faux tile pieces I then stamped the sentiment using and stamp from a retired Stampin' Up set, and then added some accents using my metallic pens.
Then I added the strip of patterened paper before adding the buttons.

The "Celebrate" was made for one of the birthday girls in the swap.
I started with a green card, versa marked it with a background stamp, but its hard to see it now that I covered it up with some patterned paper from Stampin' Up.
The card and patterned paper were each inked before adhering them together.
The polka dot paper is the reverse side of the flower print paper.
I made the ticket sentiment inset using the Stampin' Up ticket edge punch, an Inkadinkadoo stamp (I think) for the "you" then wrote in the rest by hand using my zig writer markers.
Then I inked and accented the butterfly, which was made using a sizzix sixlets die, then popped it up.
I finished off the card with buttons.
