A fun pic I've been wanting to scrap for a while. These bright RP papers were perfect.
journaling:
I have a love/hate relationship with Scuba. The idea of Scuba is awesome. And anyone looks cool in all that gear.
I love the feeling of weightlessness. I love how peaceful it can be.
The colors of the fish and coral are breathtaking.
Hearing dolphin clicks knowing they're somewhere nearby gives me chills.
But it's also exhausting. I emerge from the calm to a headache and dry mouth.
The equipment is ridiculously heavy and time-consuming to put on.
Add the occasional long swim wearing the heavy, bulky gear.
Plus I usually have to babysit Rob and Paul who quickly forget the stay with your buddy rule the second they taste salt water.
I'm petrified of underwater caves. And everyone always wants to find a shark.
But I suppose, on the next vacation that takes me to crystal blue water with calm waves and warm air, I'll probably want to suit up, plunge in and hope for a glimpse of a stingray.
