This layout will focus on the experience I had with a sound bath. Rebecca, one of the B&B hosts, was versed in using these gem infused bowls to help others find peace and healing. I didn't expect much, given that i'm kind of a logical thinker, but, I was there, and so, why not? You may choose to believe me or not, but I was blown away. She asked us to close our eyes and free our mind. I was sitting on a couch facing her and closed my eyes, sat with my arms out stretched, and cleared my mind. When I started to hear the bowls, I started to feel a feeling of euphoria. I can't explain it, but it was a great feeling! I was in the middle of enjoying this feeling, when I felt someone hugging me. I opened my eyes and it was Tami- one of the hosts who'd invited us. She thought I was in distress because I was crying. I didn't realize I was crying.. i reassured her I was okay. After Rebecca switched bowls, I came down from that euphoria and felt a bit despondent, then progressed to neutrality- ending up feeling okay. Dan said all he felt was relaxed. :( She did it again the next night, and at that session, I felt physical sensations instead of emotional ones. My right hand, and only my right hand, started twitching. But only one one frequency of the bowls. When she switched to a different frequency, deeper, I felt a pain going through my abdomen. It was sustained until she switched again to a different bowl. I don't know what happened. Can't explain it. I know a lot of people would call it BS, but if you knew me, you would know that I wouldn't make it up. There's no reason for me to do so. Again, Dan said all he felt was relaxed. Rebecca said that the physical manifestations might be some things I need to focus on. I know.
