Journaling: So, what I was actually wanting to see on this adventure was the Cape Perpetua area and go hiking on a trail leading to what was supposed to be one of Oregon's premier sites of the coast. The Devil's Churn was nearby, so we stopped in to see what it was about. Unless you are there, you cannot imagine the sheer power of the water hitting the rocks. There was a sign nearby cautioning people about the rip tides associated with the churn. As if! I mean, really?
I didn't want to cover up the paper tearing with the journaling, but wanted a bit of explanation of the pictures, so I tucked in a strip of journaling behind the adventure tag to be pulled out by the ribbon.
