Updated: Better picture!!

Anyway, here's my little baby girl on her first birthday. I went bananas on an ONEderland theme with the vintage tea party and my mom sewed her granddaughter her Alice sundress (we live in So Cal and her birthday is mid-July... sundress was never a question...) So we had a wonderful party at the park and, after the tea party, dancing to Bruno Mars, playing human croquet, reading under the trees and blowing bubbles, DD got to eat her cake. She was so worn out after the cake that she racked out for a good half hour in her high chair. Of course I snapped pictures and then added one of the little wooden tea pot signs my dad hand cut for me and that DH wrote different Alice in Wonderland quotes. It says "I've changed so many times since this morning." So fitting since this was her first birthday.

And now she's closing in on two!! AH!! And she's changed so much since this picture!

I had lots of different ideas for this page and none were coming out so I just scrapped them and started cutting and arranging based on the photo and the bg I knew I wanted. I got this You're Invited BB paper line specifically for her birthday photos and I've yet to use it on them! (SML)
This is for the 5 Ingredients + Yours Challenge - the last one!!! I am so sad!! Ingredients were: Pink, punch, clock, journalling and pick an item from the demo page - I chose the Q & Co pop shakers, which I had just gotten the balloons! There was no question I was doing one of her bday pictures given the clock ingredient! It was just a matter of what one!

Also for Girls Only and my Hoarders challenge. The only new things on there are the roses, balloon shaker and the little & paperclip. A friend gave me a pack of those! Everything else is old!

Lastly for the Die Cut Discovery challenge. I took 'discovery' to mean 'discover what I have bought and stashed and never used'. Which I did. That lace/bow die cut is at least three years old, as is the ornamental sign and hearts! Probably not my best die cut discovery, but I'll roll with it for now!

TFL!
