This is my dsd and her date for the junior prom back in the late 80's. Yes, her date is now her husband! Weren't they cute....she's 5'2" tall and he's 6'5". Pink was her favorite color at the time. The little banner off the bottom says, "Real men can wear pink too!"
I liked the floor they were standing on so decided to make a woven B&W heart with pink stitching. Hand pieced the black punch work around the pink heart and put some lace in the top to mimic her dress.
