I created these for my daughter's closet. She loves blue, so I wanted to use her favorite color but still keep them feminine. I also created a tutorial for making these; you can check it out on the Sweet Caroline Studio blog. I used the La Dee Da Papers and Elements by Celeste Knight. Additional supplies include craft paint, ribbon, Bazzill cardstock, and Mod Podge.
