Peggy I love what you did with the tray. What a really creative and very cool idea. I love the metal accents and how you threw in some patterned paper. B-U-Tee-Ful!!!
This month, it’s my turn to host a Swirly Challenge. I’m asking all who enter to eschew the traditional 12 x 12 layout featuring families and friends and to scrap a vacation place instead. It doesn’t have to be an exotic destination (some very enjoyable vacations can be spent right at home), but aside from the incidental tourist, it must be people-free. Oh, did I mention the 12 x 12 layout? That’s out, too: I’m asking for anything but. It can be on a tray like this, it can be a mini-album. It can be part of an altered project (picture frame, birdhouse, jewelry box, etc.); I’ll even take a post card!!!!
The printer’s tray and most of the embellies are from the Swirlydoos June Technique Kit. The moment I saw it, I pictured this project. I simply resized and cropped my photos to fit and printed them out on white cardstock. The bits and pieces of pp are from my scrap heap, parts of SwirlyKits past. The post card is actually a Prima stamp from the Dance collection.
Does this project or one of it's images contain pornography, profanity, or other illegal or offensive material? If so, please report it and our moderators will come by and clean it up in a flash.
