I used just about the last of the pp from last January's Winter Wonderland kit ~~~ another thing that I've been hoarding!!! I liked the way Tim Holtz used the jute on his #11 tag, so I lifted that idea. I used Victorian Velvet distress ink and clear embossing powder on the tree and Ranger embossing tinsel on the snowflakes. It's hard to see in the photo (sorry!), but the snowflakes are stitched onto the tag with white embroidery floss.
