Give a Cheer
It's a Saturday morning back in 1983 and J gets to sleep in while I get up, shower and go out to the kitchen and start a batch of waffles. As I'm measuring and mixing the ingredients and waiting for the waffle iron to heat up, I begin to hear the shuffle of feet, followed by shouts and giggles and full-out laughter. J can forget about sleeping in; all three of the boys have gathered what must be half of their bedding and have joined their father for a pre-breakfast romp.
I've used the June Swirlydoos sketch provided by the wonderful Beggahuna to create this page. All of the pp and the Glimmer Chip were included in the luscious Looking Glass Kit that Krissy assembled. The chippie flourish is from a prior kit that had become part of my stash.
A shout-out of thanks to Karen, aka The Graphics Fairy for the flower centers, how perfect are they??? And a special shout-out of blame to my Swirly Sister Sherri (Sherrenae) for the MS punch. She bought all of the new ones to Camp, after I swore that I would not buy any more… (sigh)
